1-1. File Format and Acceptance:
NSF (.nsf) is the only allowed file format for the entry.
Don't contain more than one track in a file.
However, a track can contain several songs (like a medley).
1-2. Categories:
There are two categories: 'originals' and 'covers'.
Submit your entry via submission form at the appropriate section.
1-3. Maximum Number of Entries:
A contributor can submit up to five songs as the total number of covers/originals.
The sixth and later entries will be ignored if you submit more than five songs.
1-4. Available Sound Devices:
There are no limitations. Songs can use every sound device in your favorite combination: internal sound, external sound, internal + external, multiple externals etc.
Specify the sound device name if your entry uses any other sound chips than the internal (2a03).
* External sound devices are regarded as extra of the internal. So you don't have to declare "N106+2A03" instead of "N106".
1-5. Covers:
Cover songs must be submitted along with appropriate informations about the original song.
If your cover contains several songs like a medley, specify the informations in the same order appearing on the entry.
However, the above rule is not applied if the same song is switched more than once or multiple songs appear at the same time.
* eg. just "Mario Brothers and the Legend of Zelda" are required if the sequence is Mario to Zelda to Mario to Zelda.

2-0. Rating and Judgment System:
The voting forms will be available at each category's section during the voting period.
A participant can vote only once at each section, so please investigate entries carefully.
Each category contains two ways of the rating: 1) zero-to-ten scale scoring 2) favorite song selection.
* Voters have to grade all the entries at the zero-to-ten scale scoring as it isn't established without the equal opportunity.
* Details:
Zero-to-ten scale scoring: Traditional compo style. Each entry has radio buttons from 10 to 100. Select a point from them (indispensable). This value will be counted as 'Scoring point'.
Favorite song selection: Former Famicompo style. A button for selection is prepared next to the radio buttons. Check any entries you like. The number of checkings will be counted as 'Vote point'.
2-1. Standards of Scoring:
Essentially it's based on your subjective view.
Original songs: the quality of the composition etc.
Cover songs: the reproducibility of the original, suitability to the NES etc.
Other things such as the sense of arrangement, gimmicks on instruments and any innovative ideas might be remarkable point for making your decision too.
Anyway it depends on voters.
2-2. Score Calculation:
The average number of 'Scoring point' + the total number of 'Voting point' = 'Overall point'. It derives the final results.
2-3. Comment Form:
It doesn't act on the scores and the results.
You can comment on the entries even without voting.
More than one comment for the same song is not accepted from the same person.
You can describe any words at any time regardless of categories.
Your comment won't let out until the results announcement.
Any comments including mental abuse or offensive to public order and morals might be subject to delete without notice.
